We paid for the whole theme package to make the website more customizeable. Now the Customize link doesn’t work and the Page Builder won’t let us Hyperlink anything. We paid so that we could use the set with a lifetime of support. We emailed Support and received a reply asking for the URL. We sent it and received a reply that the email was undeliverable to your [email protected] email address that you sent the reply from! My boss is upset because I insisted on buying the whole package and now am unable to make the simplest changes to the website!. These changes, the color of text in the footer and hyperlinking within the original layout which was a two row/three column layout on the services page, but now that it’s hyperlinked its a single column centered. When I try to put it back it all disappears. This is ridiculous. This is a lifetime of usage and support? Copy of emails minus our email addresses is below.

No, we will never provide the username and password for any of our websites. You shouldn’t even ask for that! I want the code fixed in the theme. This is not a customization issue. Your email doesn’t receive emails and the get bounced right back as soon as we reply, so I have to assume you are having difficulty with all of your coding. Why would I give you my username and password. We paid for the whole set of themes with Lifetime Usage and support. This is not support. 1. We suggest you remove the plugin one by one and try checking if the customization tools work.
2. Please update the link on the footer pages by following the path below:
Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option > Advanced Color
