Need to change page header color.

Hello,
I am having a problem with the header colors.
The page content area background color is white. The header title is also white. We need to change the header title to black so we can read it.
I went to Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Options > Basic Color Options and changed the Heading Color to black. That fixed the problem on the page, but now the text colors in the widgets is also black. That color needs to stay white. See the screenshots below.
