    I’ve just installed SuperNews today, and so far it seems excellent.

    I have a couple of questions…

    1) How do i change the size of my logo? Currently it seems to be set at 290 x 69…. I understand that it can’t be wider, because there needs to be room for the advert in the header, but is there a way to let it be higher?

    2) Is there a way to have a graphic background for the header area, rather than just a color?

    3) When I list by category, as in: http://www.caterpillar.ink/category/books/
    is there any way to remove the little (bright red) category links that appear on every post?

    Thanks folks
    Loving the theme!

    Hello dlmajor,
    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme SuperNewsPro.
    1. If you want to change the logo size, you have to hide the Advertisement section and only we can make the logo bigger. Find the custom logo size on acmethemes/core.php file and change the height and width value to make the logo size bigger. Make sure, you have added the bigger logo size image.
    2. There is no such options to add the image on the top section. You have to customize the theme. If you are familiar with codes, you can do it with the Child Theme approach.
    3. Would you please check once the available options inside Appearance > Customize. You will get the lots of options to manage the blog page and single page.

    Regards

    Thanks for your reply…

    I found that I could remove all the category badges by adding this to the custom CSS:

    .cat-links { visibility: hidden;}

    cheers

    Hi, just further to having a graphic as the background of the header…. I achieved that by using the following CSS:

    .header-container {
    background-image: url(“http://www.caterpillar.ink/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/CI-masthead-1800x160h5.png”); background-position: center top;
    background-color: #cccccc;}
    .header-wrapper .site-branding {background: transparent;}

    That seems to be working here: caterpillar.ink

    I’ve been finding that the theme is really well put together for playing with CSS… everything makes sense… thanks for that, it makes it enjoyable!

    cheers
