As you scroll down the pages, you seem to loose an inch of image/words. It will jump down. Is there a way to get this to stop. My site is tafcc.org. Thanks.

Something like that. I loose the top of the page content, never notice the page title. Here is the page tafcc.org I had some complain and ant me to fix it but I do not know how.

Your site header is really big. We think that is causing the issues. Can you please remove the sticky header and check once.
Go to Appearance > Customize > Header Options > Menu Options and remove the sticky menu.
