I am trying to install the premium version of supernews.

The upload theme area of the admin panel states that the theme must be a .zip file but the download link in the purchase email does not download in zip format. Maybe my PC is automatically unzipping the folder? I’m using a MacBook.

Hello Daryl Stone-Shaw,
Thank you so much for purchasing the theme.
MacBook automatically unzip the folder. So, we request you to zip that theme folder again and upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload.
Hope, now you can install and activate the theme.
