ParticipantAfter updating to version 3.0.1 I had a problem with SuperNewsPro.
I can’t go into the appearance settings, I can’t set widgets. Everything works in PHP 7.1, each higher version causes a 500 server error. To set anything up I have to change the version to PHP 7.1.
There was no problem in the previous version of SuperNewsPro.August 19, 2020 at 5:41 am #84312acmesupports

ParticipantWill it take a long time to fix PHP bugs?
As always, when you buy subscriptions, the help ends, it probably shouldn’t look like this.

ParticipantHow long will it take to fix such an instantaneous problem?
It’s best to take the money for the update, release it with an error and leave it without repair.

ParticipantA month has passed.
This is how the Acme service works. The company, after releasing an unchecked module, deletes the money and it’s OK.
It’s a pity I paid for something that doesn’t work at all.

ParticipantIs it necessary to downgrade to 7.1? Or is there a solution?
