REFUND PLEASE

hello, sir

i want a refund for non delivery of a complete files of the purchased order.

To this day my request has been ignored i still need the instructions on how the dat file is to be installed to install the demo of the theme i purchased this is non delivery of a complete and working theme purchase. i need the complete instruction how to install the demo in case i should move to another host and do a fresh install.

if you can not help me with this issue and the text watermark issue i have still sitting and waiting in the support forum being neglected and manipulated by responding that my issue is being observed when infact their is nothing to observe but only reply with a correct answer of how to fix the issue which should be a clear and simple issue to you the developers of the demo theme Demo To Pro Transformation and install.

my issues sit in the support forum your tech support even asks for the user and pass for my word press when infact they have received it several times by e-mail why? a ploy to stall the complete install.

can someone please help soon….. it’s not working why?
