ModeratorHello Riccardo Scagnoli,
Have you installed third party plugin and it is not responsive? If you are using third party plugin and not working as your need, you need to make that plugin compatible with the theme, because we haven’t tested all the plugin from the repo.Regards

ModeratorHello Riccardo,
In case of third party plugin, if any issues arise you need to solve those issues with customization. So, we recommend you to consult with the developer or request for the customization. All the plugin in the repo are not tested. Our theme is plugin compatible but we are not guarenttee that all the issues arised from third party plugin need to work with proper funcitonal and desing as well.Regards

ParticipantI bought various themes to date.
They usually offer updated versions every 2-3 weeks to rislovere errors.
The plugin works of which I speak on many issues while on your by mistake.
Your assistance is very bad for anyone who offers paid themes!December 26, 2016 at 2:21 am #11879acmesupports
ModeratorHello Riccardo,
There are more than millions of WordPress plugin on .org and other market places. Can you tell us, how it is possible to make the theme compatible with all plugins? Generally, we will work to make compatible for popular plugins like WooCommerce, Contact Form 7 etc. It would better if you suggest us the best way to make the theme compatible with all plugins. We will try to implement that approach.
Looking forward from you soon.Regards

ParticipantI’m not talking about a plugin used by a few people, but a plugin used by more than 50,000 sites!
If this be error only plugin in your theme, obviously something to be corrected in your theme exists.Who usually sells themes releases updates every week.
I bought your theme several months ago and have never released an update.
This means that you do not care to improve your themes but only to sell them!

ModeratorHello Riccardo,
We have the regular updates on the theme and we had the last updates on past week. SuperMagPro is nowVERSION: 1.2.3
and you are using the old version. I think, automatic updates is not activated on your theme. Please read this post and know how to setup for automatic updates. https://www.acmethemes.com/blog/2016/06/activate-theme-license-to-receive-automatic-updates/
After activating it, make sure you had all the changes through Child Theme. If you had edited codes on parent theme, all the changes will lost.Regards

ModeratorHello Riccardo,
First register your website with the license key, after that you will get the update notification on the dashboard. You can check the changelog and update the theme with a single click. Please try it as mentioned above.Regards
