Slider text and hamburger menu not always loading

Hello,

Sometimes I have issues with the slider texts and hamburger menu that are not loading.
For the slider I’m using Full screen background with Text only slider from 3 different pages.

I suspect there is a caching issue with CSS/JS minification and combine that I’m using, because everything gets back to normal when I clean minified and combined CSS/JS caching.

As I can exclude specific CSS/JS files from this process, which files would you recommend to exclude?
