Some Error Occur While Importing Demo. Please Contact theme support message

I originally started creating my website using the free version of Online Store and decided to upgrade to the Pro Version. I completed the purchase and received the email with the link. I was able to download the demo with the link provided however I receive the message: “Some Error Occur While Importing Demo – Please Contact theme support” when I tried to upload the Acme Demo Set Up.

Please advise what my next course of action needs to be to properly install the Pro version and begin creating my website. If additional information is also required, please let me know.
