    In the topic SuperNews Pro – Personal, which I recently bought, widget AT News Ticket does not work correctly
    I remove the check mark in the Show image option, and the photos on the site http://speckor.net still remain. Screenshot 1,2,3.4

    Dear Serj Kordyk,
    We checked here and the option is working fine here. We will check it again on other installation and get back to you.
    For the quick solution, please add the below css codes on Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

     .ticker-content .post-thumb img {
    display: none;
}

    Custom CSS, widgets have frozen. I can not edit them – rearrange, remove, add and so on. They just froze.

    Now that I have removed the code from Custom CSS again so that I can work with widgets, they still do not want to function anymore. Frozen and everything – it’s impossible to edit anything

    I checked your website and New Ticker widget is fine with Images. You just need to hide that image, right? What happened if that above CSS codes added on Custom CSS?
    Can you please add that above codes inside Additional CSS field?

    With still pictures, it’s OK now that I’ve installed the code in CSS. But for some reason another problem has appeared: all widgets have ceased to function completely. I removed the CSS code again, but the problem did not disappear-the widgets do not want to work anyway. The krinshot shows where it does not work.

    Dear Srej,

    Did you recently install any plugins? If yes Please deactivate the plugin and check. The CSS code has nothing to do with Widget Frozen.
    There should be PHP or JavaScript issues on your widget page. Please check if there is any JavaScript issues on the console.
