Thank you so much for using our theme SuperMagPro. Here is your answers:
1. Use the below CSS codes to hide it. Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Options > Custom CSS

.archive .entry-meta {
    display: none;
}

.archive .entry-footer {
    display: none;
}

We are planning to add this functionality on coming updates.

2. Have you edited any theme code ? If not, we will check it and inform you the problem with solution. We checked here and it is working fine. It may be due to plugin conflicts. Better to try one by deactivating the plugin one by one and check it.
3. If Full title of breaking news enable, and if the author add the long post title, it will overlap with the other title. So as per the design perspective, we made the long title of blog post hidden. If you want the full post, let us know, we will provide the custom CSS to enable it.

Please add the below CSS for single page to remove date, author, tags.

.single .entry-meta {
    display: none;
}
.single .entry-footer {
    display: none;
}

Problem 3:
If you make the length of the title long, it will be weird. So, recommend you to use the title short for breaking news.

#New Issues
Please check once by removing the previously added CSS and check. Is that CSS is arising that issues or not. If not, it may be plugin issue, although you haven’t edited any theme code.

I think this is the plugin conflicts. Would you please try it once by deactivating the plugin and did you check by removing the CSS code provided above. Please follow the proper steps mentioned above.

In case of Category page, it may arise issues due to the code that we provide you previously. Please remove the below code from Custom CSS section:

.archive .entry-footer {
    display: none;
}

After removing this, please check. It will work for the page. http://www.mamairvaikas.lt/tvs/lt/vaikas/vaiku-ligos
Also,
1. This is the WordPress features. If you need any other thing, we need to customize theme. What you want to make?
2. It is not the theme issues. Check the plugin that you used for email subscriber.
3. Please add the below css codes for making widget categories.

.widget_categories select {
    color: blue;
}
