Anyone else have this error for the following code in the default style.css? How can I fix it?

0% {
width: 19px;
height: 19px;
background-color:#FFB637;

Dear Matt,
This is just a notification, you should not worry about it . This code is useful when you view our site in old version Internet Explorer but in latest version IE fix this issue.
