    Hi There,

we purchased the education-base pro version.

Our website was already finished and using the free version.

If i activate the pro version the website is not the same anymore.

How can i upgrade to the pro version without the need to change a lot of settings again.

    Regards,
    Adri Leijendekkers

    Hello S.J.M van der Stee,
Thank you so much for using our theme Education Base Pro.
While upgrading from free to pro, only the settings need to set again, because of the added features on the theme, you should save the customizer and widgets settings again. Free theme can’t upgrade to pro on once. Please follow the theme docs, blog posts and videos to know about the settings. You can follow the same procedure on pro theme as on free theme. Don’t worry. your content won’t lost.
If you made any customization on theme, it will lost so we recommend you to work on child theme.

    Regards

    Hello Kathy Wheat,
Free theme must update automatically. Please check the version of theme you are using and the version on WordPress. If the version you are using is lower than that of WordPress, it must provide the notification of the updates. You can click on update now and the update will be held.
If you can’t do this, please check the installed plugin, some plugin may causing the updates. So, kindly check and remove the unused plugin if you have.

    Thank you
