ParticipantMy website, https://www.cwsafetysolutions.com/, utilizes the Corporate Plus Pro theme. Recently, my website stopped working. It began displaying the “bubble” loader webpage, instead of the Corporate Plus Pro-based home page. This problem appears to be related to the Corporate Plus Pro theme. If I select Appearance -> Customize -> Layout/Design Option -> Intro Loader Options and uncheck Enable Intro Loader, then the “bubble” loader does not display. However, I do not have an Intro Loader Middle Image selected, so a blank screen displays in Microsoft Edge. I’m using the Featured Section Options to display a series of five images in rotation through the Feature Slider Selection. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, my home page displays correctly. The “bubble” loader does not display normally; the home page loads. Please advise.

ParticipantPer Acme Themes Support request, I updated my website, https://www.cwsafetysolutions.com/, with the latest version of the Corporate Plus Pro theme. Unfortunately, the update did not fix the problem. It continues to display the “bubble” loader webpage, instead of the Corporate Plus Pro-based home page. This problem appears to be related to the Corporate Plus Pro theme, and you can easily see the issue by navigating to the home page.
If you navigate to the home page using Microsoft Edge, the home page content is blocked by the “bubble” loader. If you inspect the home page in Microsoft Edge, you will see the code for the “bubble” loader highlighted in the window that opens. However, if you navigate to the home page using Microsoft Internet Explorer, the home page displays correctly. If you inspect the code in IE, different code (i.e., navbar) is highlighted.
I first identified this issue on December 9th. I would appreciate you helping me to address it. Please advise.
