Hi, the newly launched website (carriagelanelaw.com) loads and works fine in Chrome browser, but will not load in Mozilla Firefox Browser. Sometimes, I can get it to load in Firefox when hitting refresh multiple times, but then as soon as I navigate to another page, the loading issue is back. I have not been able to force the loading on any page other than the homepage. My webhost said that the server logs and everything look fine on their end. Their recommendation was to reach out to Acme Themes.

    Thank you for the help.

Additional information that may help: I’ve found some other examples of themes with a preloader or animation causing issues with the new Firefox. I disabled animation in the theme customizing section, but this did not fix my issue.

One more thing to add: when logged into the site in wordpress using Firefox, clicking customize on the homepage gives the same constant loading that happens in the browser when trying to view the site not logged in.

    Dear Conrad,
Could you please try to deactivate the unnecessary plugins and check if it solves the issue?

    Best Regards!

Hi support, thanks for your help!

All of the plugins that I’m using are essential to the functionality of the site.

I do not know how to disable plugins without losing functionality to the site or how to save their settings so that they can be restored.

These are the plugins I have installed and activated:

Gutentor – Gutenberg Blocks – Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor – Version 3.0.8 | By Gutentor – If I disable it, will I lose the pages built with it?
Jetpack by WordPress.com – Version 9.5 | By Automattic – Don’t want to lose backups in case something happens while we try to fix it.
Page Builder by SiteOrigin – Version 2.11.8 | By SiteOrigin – If I disable it, will I lose the pages built with it?
SG Optimizer – Version 5.7.20 | By SiteGround – Caching.
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle – Version 1.17.11 | By SiteOrigin | View details – If I disable, will I lose the widgets and data on the site?
WPForms – Version 1.6.6 | By WPForms – If I disable it, will I lose the forms and data built with it?
Yoast SEO – Version 16.0.2 | By Team Yoast – If I disable it, will I lose all the data entered?

Is there something else we can look at before disabling plugins? Or, is there a way to disable the plugins while saving the data and functionality of the site?

I’m sorry, I’m new to the WordPress ecosystem and all that is involved.

Thanks so much for your help!!!

    Dear Conrad,
Please try removing the cache files by installing a plugin. Let us know if it solves the problem.

    Best Regards!
