Reading through the documentation I find in the Header Options section this:

How to setup site logo and its options?
From Customize, go to Header Options then Logo Options
You will find advanced Logo OptionsMy question is this, where is this option? I cannot find it anywhere.
My hope was to add my company logo to my header AND my site title and tagline.

Thank you so much for your questions. Would you please check the Logo options inside the Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. You will find the options there. In the new version of WordPress, logo section is moved on Site Identity and if the user is using the old version of WordPress, they will get the options inside header options.Regards,
