Home Page Section: Photos not clickable & "Read More" feature does not work

Hi,

We have photos in a section of our website that are supposed to be individually clicked and then the page sharing information about the person should be visible. Unfortunately, that didn’t work when I tried it. So, I created a “read more” button so that it could open up to a central page with information about all the individual profiles that is seen on the homepage, so that a person could then click on the name of the person and view their page.

The “read more” feature is not working, even though I set the designated link. Please advise, I’d like to have the read more feature work and also the individual pictures so that if someone sees the profiles through the homepage, they could click a single person to get quick information, or, if they wanted to read about the full project that features the individuals, they could click “read more” before individually clicking on the profiles on that summary page.
