ModeratorHello AUGUSTINA UCHE,
Thank you so much for using support forum for the query. While viewing your site, it seems that there is only one menu. There is no any top menu. Are you talking about another menu and it was there on your site before? Can we have a screenshot of that menu where it was ? Or can you let us know the real issues. AcmeBlogPro have only one menu location, you can check it from Appearance > Customize > Menus. Hope, you will find the menu location there.
Please let us know if you are talking about something different.Regards

ModeratorPlease see this screenshot. Are you talking about this? Menu is overlapped by the Adsense. Have you edited theme codes and add the adsense there over the menu? Please check the proper coding standards while adding/editing codes.
Thank you

ModeratorPlease check once by deactivating the installed plugin once. Acme Blog haven’t the place of adsense on the menu location. So, please try once by deactivating the installed plugin if you haven’t edited any theme codes.
Regards
