I moved my website from Brazil host Locaweb to USA GoDaddy, to get faster website upload. And it is.
But now I have a problem, after upload my wordpress databse, and the folder. The website is on the air. But when I try to enter in the admin panel (wp-login.php) this error is show in the screen:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ”’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in /home/lucasrizzi/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1500
In line 1500 of the media.php there is:
<a href='” . wp_nonce_url( “post.php?action=untrash&post=$attachment_id”, ‘
I disabled all plugins, and the problem are not solved.
There are another way to solve this?
Godady support doesn´t help me in anything 🙁

Thank you so much for your question. Actually this is not the theme issues. As per your errors, it seems that you missed some files or mistake the update query as well. Please follow the below steps:
1. Download the latest WordPress from http://www.wordpress.org
2. And replace thewp-includes&wp-adminfolder with the latest WordPress.
3. Save the permalinks from the backend.
4. View front end.

It works fine.
Now I get this error randomly:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 86 bytes) in home/lucasrizzi/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1832
