The above image is not background image. The approach used on this two theme is different, so in this case we suggest you to customize the theme code. Can we have your site url please, we will check once and try to find any possible options.

Depends on what you understand by responsive. The slider is full screen regardless of screen size and the images (actually background images) are set to cover that certain screen size. Obviously, that means some parts of the image will be cropped because your image sizes won’t be the same as the device size. Hope you understand what we mean. Can you please add the image we used on demo and check once.

Thank you so much for using our theme and using support forum for the query as well.
We have Slider Widget to make the slider on the sidebar.(Hope you are using it). If you need to remove margin around the sidebar slider, you need to edit with CSS, because while developing theme, we added the margin to make the design good. If you don’t like that, you need to remove it. Please provide the link of your site with that slider on the sidebar, we will check and provide the custom css for it.
We think the design will look weird. And it’s impossible to add two slider on sidebar one after another now, but it may be with CSS. Add the two slider on sidebars and let us know the link, we will check and inform you is that possible or not.

Acme SupportsThe menu automatically created is WordPress default functionality. If you want to reduce the gap between the menus items, you need to customize the menu with custom css. We need to check in depth about why is the difference. Well, we will check it and try to find the differences. Can you elaborate us why you want to know the difference? 🙂

Thank you so much for using our theme and thanks for your nice feedback. We think, you are not clear about creating the menu. Please follow the listed issues once and let us know how it works.Add Section IDs on Widgets:
Go to Appearance > Widget > Home Main Content Area
Click on one of the available widget on that widget area.
In the widget you will get “Section ID”.
Enter a Unique Section ID. You can use this ID in Menu item for enabling One Page Menu. (Example: ‘section-services’)
And click on Save to save the setting.Set that IDs on Menu Section
Go to Appearance > Menus
Create a menu or add the menu items on the existing menu. (It would better if you create a separate menu for it)
Click on Custom Link menu items. You need custom menu to make one page menu.
In the URL field, please enter the Section ID(#section-services). Don’t forget to enter ‘#’ before the section name. Section name must match with the widget Section ID.
Add the menu items on the menu.
Checked on ‘One Page menu for Front page’
Click on ‘Save’ to save the menu.Hope the menu that you assigned will work for you.
Let us know, if you have any confusion.P.S. Please remove the existing menus and create new menus.

2. After completed those steps, you may need to check the Appearance > Customize > Widget > Home Main Content Area and check all the options available on the widget.
3. You can check here for how to make the site as demo from the docs. Just follow the 8 steps there. (You may already completed some steps already)
4. Now you need to know about how the content appeared. The content appeared based on Child/Parent Page. You will find the steps on the documentation for making child/parent page as well.
5. You can check the Blog post which help you to customize the theme as well.Hope, you can customize the theme content as your need. If you faced any problems, let us know. We will do our best to overcome your problem.

You can easily change the site to full width from the options available on the Customizer. Please have a look on the documentation to change the sidebar.
Chose the No Sidebar options to make the site full width.

The recommend size of logo is 290*70. If you want to add the bigger logo size, you can just skip cropping while adding logo.

Same header image will appeared on every pages. You can’t add the individual image on individual pages even in the premium version. If you need individual header image on individual page, you need to customize the theme.
