Is this issues appeared after the theme update? If so, please check once by clearing cache or check your site on other devices as well. Sometimes, this type of issues are arise due to cache problem.Thank you

Did you try as mentioned on the docs?
1. Install and Activate Acme Demo Setup plugin.
2. Download the Zip file from Documentation.
3. Import the Dummy ZIP file and wait for some while while importing data.

It may due to the cache on your site, cache may loading the previous CSS. So, kindly check the site on other devices or clear the cache and check again.
We checked all steps for updating from 1.2.1 to 1.3.0 and it’s working fine here. You may just get a extra section on the Home Page, and you can easily hide that section from Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Options > Front Page content option and all the remaining things are working fine. Would you please provide the link of your site so that we can check everything on your site as well. And thank you so much for using support forum for the issues. We will be happy to solve your every issues related on our products.

Thank you so much for using our theme AcmePhotoPro. If you want to change the color for the different pages with different color, you need to customize the theme with CSS. If you set the background color, it will apply on all the pages. Can you please let us know in which page you want to add the different background color.

After making the image size from media, you used Acme Fix Image plugin to make the image size? We mentioned on that docs that you need to use Acme Fix Image plugin to make the image size as demo. If not used that, kindly use it once.

We have two options to manage the slider section including height.
1. If you select the Full Screen background, you can add the any image and the size will fit on the screen.
2. If you select the Responsive Image, you need to make your own image size and add it on the theme.
You can find the options to make the height small/large on the theme options Customizer. Please check all the available options for Slider section on Appearance > Customize > Featured Section Option.Regards
